At The Body Oracle Collective, we walk alongside women moving through stressful environments, demanding seasons of life, or chronic conditions that have disrupted their sense of steadiness.
This work begins with body-based education. You’ll learn to recognize your personal stress patterns and develop simple tools to help regulate your nervous system. We also gently explore patterns that often drive chronic stress; self-criticism, people-pleasing, over-giving, and difficulty setting boundaries.
We help you to strengthen your self-care muscle by working with movement, art, and mindfulness to help relax the system and open to your intuitive knowing. As you become more and more in tune with your wisdom, you can cultivate your energy to align with goals, growth, and purposeful living.
