Five Swans Somatic Dance is a gentle approach to movement and energy work that blends traditional Qigong with elements of dance and other somatic practices.


It is designed to help you reconnect with the natural intelligence of your body, quiet an overworked nervous system, and cultivate the inner steadiness that intuitive living requires.

Beyond Movement: Integrative Somatic Practices

Five Swans may also be paired with:

  • Meditative and neurographic art practices to allow emotions to move without over-analysis

  • Somatic writing and reflective journaling to integrate insight from the body

  • Mindfulness and breathwork to deepen regulation and awareness

  • Self-Reflective Tarot to cultivate intuition.

Together, these practices cultivate a felt sense of safety, energy balance, and embodied intuition.
