This work begins in the body education. You’ll learn to recognize your stress patterns, learn tools to help regulate your nervous system, and listen to what your body, mind, and spirit truly need with self-trust and self-compassion. As you build this self-care muscle, intuition becomes steady and trustworthy, energy shifts from protection to healing and purpose.
